Even though it can look a little complicated, placing your wedding stationery order couldn't be more simple! Below you will find the answer to questions that clients often ask before, during and after ordering...
How do I go about placing an order with Nina Thomas studio?
- Have a look through the website and choose your favourite range.
- Select the quantity and any additional extras you require.
- Add the designs to your basket and proceed to checkout.
- You will receive an email order confirmation along with a customisation link for you to detail the information you would like to be added to the design along with any specific requests. Following this a digital proof will be emailed to you within 48 hours for approval.
Personalised artwork will not be sent prior to purchase in either digital or printed versions. Once checkout has been completed I will provide proofs for your review and approve within 48 hours.
Can I order a sample first?
Of course! Sometimes seeing a pretty picture online isn't enough to make a decision so ordering a sample is a great way to see the quality and craftsmanship up close. All you need to do is select the sample option on the product page and add to your cart. This will be sent to you within 3 days.
How do I personalise my wedding invitation?
When ordering your wedding invitations add the quantity you require along with any additional extras to your basket and checkout. You will then be sent a link to a customisation form. If you would like the text changed from that shown on the samples please provide me with your preferred wording along with all other details you would like to add. Some prefer their wording to be more traditional, while other like to have fun with it- all versions are acceptable and can be changed to suit your personality.
I have received the proof but would like to make some amendments. How do I go about this?
Three artwork proofs are included in the price; any further proofs will be charged at £5.00 each.
I will work on your design until you are completely happy so don’t be afraid to pop me an email with any amendments; I want you to be completely satisfied with your stationery. Try to look over the artwork in detail and send all amendments through together when possible. This will ensure you do not exceed the 3 artwork maximum.
All changes need to be made before you confirm the proof as once the order goes to print there’s no going back!
What should I look for when checking my proof?
No refunds or re-prints will be offered after you confirm the design so do make sure you check over your proof very carefully. Here are some things to look out for:
- Check all the information provided in the proof is correct including names, addresses, dates and times.
- Is the spelling and punctuation correct?
- Are you happy with the layout?
How long will delivery take after confirming my proof?
Once the design has been approved please allow 2 weeks for printing and shipping of your order. I will update you by email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking reference.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are made through PayPal although you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by this method. You can also pay by credit or debit card.
What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately refunds and returns are not accepted for personalised orders, but if you have a problem please let me know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and I can try and resolve this for you.
